At I Love Ugly, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for an exchange, store credit, or a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.

  Ship the Items

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
